One USQ Experience Projects Technology Support and Innovation This sub-project is all about trialling and evaluating new ways to expand technology support services to USQ staff and students, and to facilitate exploration of using new technologies in USQ’s learning and teaching environment. Technology Support TECH BYTES These are one hour training sessions that aim to increase a student’s ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In Semester 1 2016 we ran 7 sessions, and had over 400 students attend! Student Tech Bytes has proven to be a low-cost, high-impact method of providing basic technology support to our students.
