KATWIJK BOYS
We are a South Liverpool based junior football club affiliated to the Liverpool County Football Association with ‘FA Charter Standard Club’ status. We currently have two under 8 teams. Katwijk Boys play in the Edge Hill Junior league on Sundays and April see's us reach our first anniversary.
Katwijk Boys, is a mixed team. club name originates from my family's village, Katwijk in southern Holland.
It is our aim to ensure that children train with others of the same ability, in this way we hope they gain a better sense of achievement at coaching sessions.
Coaching sessions are centred on improving individual skill and building teamwork.
Participation in small-sided games ensures that the children are involved more and learn to work with other players.
We operate a code of conduct for players to promote fair play and respect for each other as well as coaches, referees and opponents.
Liverpool Quick Boys is funded by subscriptions from players, organised fund-raising events and also through the generous sponsorship of local firms like Frank Bird Roofing and Belfor Building Services Ltd.
