Impact Sport have a passion for providing young active people with research evidence based sports nutrition products free from artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives. Our products have been scrutinised to ensure they are healthy for young people to consume with the added bonus of them tasting great! We have been brainwashed for far too long that the ‘major’ sports drink brands will help to improve performance whereas the truth is they are full of sugar and contain very little nutrients that will improve health and performance. The obvious message is excess consumption of sugar is bad! So try and avoid as much as possible particularly in drinks! Pro1Keeper is not a franchise. Every school is lead by Chris Williams who is an ex professional goalkeeper. Chris has an extensive list of qualifications and training experience. G Chri s iam Will s During my third season I was selected as part of the First Team Squad for the Manchester United and Aston Villa away games which was a huge experience for me, especially as we beat Manchester United 2-1. Following this I injured my knee in training and was out for a long spell. At the end of the season I left Bolton Wanderers and was unable to continue my playing career. I went on to study Fitness and Sports Therapy, and have worked in the Fitness Industry for around 8 years, whilst coaching several Goalkeepers. I have also undertaken my UEFA B qualification. In 2011 I decided to set up the Pro1Keeper Goalkeeping School for Goalkeepers of any age and ability to train the Professional and Modern way. I have now had a number of the Goalkeepers that I have worked with who have been taken on by professional and semi-professional clubs. I have even worked with the likes of Andrew Lonnergan during the closed season. I also work with LFA Under 18s as a Goalkeeping Coach, along with the Partially Sighted squad and the Girls PDC Goalkeepers. There are schools and 1-1 sessions and training events available across the Lancashire area, and also works closely with Lancashire FA. Anyone wanting to be Goalkeeping Coached the modern and professional way please contact us I started my career at a local junior team at the age of 8. At the age of 10 I signed for Port Vale and played for them for around 4 years as a school boy. At the age of 14 I signed for Everton, and was given a 2 year contract. Following a successful first season in the Under 15s at Everton I was moved up an age group to play for the Under 17?s. At this time I also had the chance to train with the squad in school holidays, and did my work experience with the Club. During my work experience I was called up to train with the first team, and trained with current Goalkeeping Coach, and former England International Chris Woods. At the age of 16, I moved on to sign a 3 year full time contract with Bolton Wanderers. I played in the Under 17s during my first season, captaining the team for the second half of the season. I was working on a daily basis with current Goalkeeping Coach Fred Barber, and First Team Goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen amongst others. My second year was where I made my break through. I played in the FA Youth Cup, and was in good form. I was now playing in the Under 19s as a regular, and I was selected to play for Bolton Wanderers reserve team on a number of occasions during this season. This continued into my third y ear with Bolton. Chris Williams www.pro1keeper.co.uk 10
