Youth Award Module In this module, coaches will be required to demonstrate the ability to analyse performance From 2016, Berks & Bucks FA will be running an FA Youth Award Module 3 for the first time. within the principles of play (attacking or defending) and show an aptitude for the design of practices specific to the needs of individual players within their charge. Such practices may involve FA Youth Award Module 3 - Developing the Player Course duration Pre-course task Four days Candidates will receive a pre-course reading pack three weeks prior to the course, which they are required to read in advance. Candidates should arrive having identified six areas of individual, unit or team developmental needs, plus up to six identified areas for personal development as a coach. Course fees consideration of role TBC specific requirements Course Pre-requisites within the match play scenario.  Active FA Licensed Coaches’ Club Member  1st4Sport Level 2 and The FA Youth Award Modules 1 and 2 OR  UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Coaches Award OR  UEFA B Licence and FA Goalkeeping B Licence Who is it for? The Module 3 is designed to support the development of coaches who currently work (or who have a realistic opportunity of working on a consistent basis) with a group of youth players within the performance level of the game.
