We left quite early, at around 6 a.m. The radio was playing songs from the 90s and after two hours of driving, we finally reached the airport. I was very excited, as it was my first flight ever. I hugged my mum and dad and told them I would miss them very much. After having my documents and luggage checked, I sat down on the chair in the waiting lounge and suddenly a thought about my plane crashing on its way to Rome came to my mind. My heart sank and I was scared.
