A time of Stillness (Summer version)
Of days far too bright...
It remembers, it speaks,
There comes a time when all is still, It captures and leaks,
Yet Nature shivers at its best... Slowly revealing
A gentle mist upon the lake, The margins of truth,
A dawning sun, a warm caress... Faithful and blind,
The bold reach of Summer fill... Between dreams of becoming
I gaze upon the meadows in sudden light, And the past not so kind...
Below the river flows, crystal white...
And the feeling remains
