With perseverance, and hundreds of deleted images, I found that I could achieve a better hit-rate. With the convenience of being able to shoot from my living room, I am easily able to respond to different weathers and different lighting and, combining these with both vertical and horizontal camera movement, I can capture images of strikingly different appearances.
Most of the images that I consider to be more successful are what I consider to be semi-abstract. By this I mean that anyone familiar with the area would probably have a reasonable chance of recognising the scenes, perhaps with a bit of prompting.
