Clear The Clutter ASAP

Clear space ... clear mind . Clean up your work space and you will quickly see your focus is aligned with the stars . Reevaluate everything that is blocking your creativity and productivity . Do you need ten pens in your desk drawer ? No ... absolutely not . You need a maximum of three . How do you tackle the clutter and figure out what exactly you need ? Easy , grab an item and ask yourself these four questions .

1 . When was the last time you used it ? That three hole punch you use twice a year does not need to be on your desk . Store it away until it is needed .
2 . Is it outdated ? You do not need those blank cd ' s in your desk drawer unless you are traveling back in time . Discard them immediately .
3 . Does this item have a purpose ? My crystal paper weights on my desk are pretty but they serve zero purpose . I barely utilize paper in 2016 and if it is windy in my office to the point I need a paper weight , my issues are larger than the paper weights themselves . Chuck them !
4 . Is this item redundant ? Two staplers , why in the world do I have two staplers ? I barely need one .
You now grasp the concept and you will be back to a stream line productive process in no time .
