And Be Awesome
Hello 2016! With a new year brings lots of new goals. The biggest task is learning how to keep
that goal or resolution beyond those first few weeks. It is not going to be easy as life has a
funny way of getting in the way but, If your plan is to make 2016 your best year ever, here’s
how to achieve your goal and own your year.
Write it down:
Get organized:
Not with your computer, go old school and
grab a sheet of paper, some quiet time and
write it down. By taking the time to slow down
and write it out you are more likely to commit
to accomplish that goal.
Create systems for work and for home.
Especially when it comes to paying bills, doing
laundry and the ever changing kid’s schedules.
By getting a handle on the organizational
aspect, these tasks will help you have more
time to concentrate on other things.
Create a personal mission
and stick to it:

repeat them to yourself daily. Every time you
go to a bad place say them out loud.
