On The Pegs 88 more frame flex so it feels a little bit softer. Then you can still have really good holdup in the big G-outs and all that. So for me I think the biggest thing this year has been that with the combination of suspension. It’s just different to me. I’ve just ran it how they sent it to me since day one. It’s been really good. You obviously have the conditioning to go the full three hours, hard. Has your trainer, Tyla Rattray made a big difference? Yeah, I think so. I think Tyla Rattray has helped me out a lot. There’s a fine line between overdoing it and not doing enough. So I think sometimes I’m like, am I doing enough? Then I just keep listening to him and I get to the week and I’m like, well, it worked. So I must be doing enough. It’s a little bit different because when I used to train with Whibley and some other people, he used to beat us into the ground. Now it’s a little more laid back. You’ll have one day where you do not nearly as much. Then the next day do a bunch, and then the next day not as much again, so you can recover. He’s all about recovery. It’s a big part. I think that has really been the change for me and it’s definitely helped, and it shows. Even the heat down there wasn’t even getting to me. We were on the last lap of a three-hour race and I felt strong this weekend. I can say what if, what if, but I felt good. I was trying to make it happen, and that’s when it went south. n
