We are well on the way to becoming Incorporated with the Department of Fair Trading. During this last year we have grown from 13 to 45 members and we are still looking for a few more members. Our Picnics in our local parks has been a great success along with our outings to Brownies Café, Muma Mia show at the Capitol Theatre, The Japanese Gardens at East Gosford, the Riverboat Postman on the Hawksbury River, Aunt Mollies at Wyong Golf Club, Coast 89 Café at Toowoon Bay, to name a few and that’s just so far this year. We have a very active committee who organise these activities and outings. Most of our members have struck up new friendships that they would never have had if it weren’t for our Probus Club and I guess it is the same with other Probus Clubs around Australia. So if you want to have some fun, come along and check us out. We meet at the Doylson Wyee R.S.L. Club on the second Tuesday of every month at 10am for 10.15 start. For further information please contact Jeff 0416 127 148. Famous for its coal mine (which Mrs Thatcher is trying to close) and the Grimley Brass Band Its a drama; a comedy; a musical extravaganza ~ it will raise a smile and a tear in your eye . Will they close the mine ~ will the Brass Band win the British championships
