some more Postcards from Arlesey from a collection of old postcards and images loaned by Doreen Rix P ostcards used to be a very common way of communicating, and Arlesey had its own series’ over many years. These were in the form of printed black and white lithographs, actual photographic prints and four-colour printed cards. The images here are scans of some of the cards collected by Doreen and John Rix over many years. There are over 40 postcards in the collection with many being stamped and post-dated giving a true age of the document.
