We are therefore looking at the possibility of publishing a local newsletter that will be delivered to those who request it as; well as making it available via local shops, pubs, the resource centre and the schools. In case you don’t know, the Vicarage is on the corner of Vicarage Close, on the way between the Church and the Rail station! Everyone – young or not - is warmly invited. Best to let me know if you are coming, if possible, so that we can cater for you! There will also be a mini-auction held during the event in aid of St Peter’s Church Funds. Geoffrey Certificate for the Vicar’s Inn On Saturday 22nd July 2017, the Branch President Joe MacDonald presented to Teresa Jackson of The Vicars Inn, Arlesey a ‘ Certificate of Appreciation’ in the presence of Branch Members and customers. The certificate was awarded to The Vicars Inn in recognition of its valued and considerable support to the Poppy Appeal by raising £472-70.
