from the vicar . . . on the button We believe that some, possibly many people used to rely on the printed version of on the button for information about local events, including church services. We are therefore looking at the possibility of publishing a local newsletter that will be delivered to those who request it as; well as making it available via local shops, pubs, the resource centre and the schools. If you, or someone you know, would be interested in receiving this and cannot, or do not, gain access to the internet, please let me know. Email to [email protected] or telephone 01462 731227 or pop a note through my letterbox! If your organisation would like to contribute content or information about your organisation/events, again please let me know. I shall be holding a tea party/BBQ again this year on Sunday August 6th from 4pm. In case you don’t know, the Vicarage is on the corner of Vicarage Close, on the way between the Church and the Rail station! Everyone – young or not – is warmly invited. Best to let me know if you are coming, if possible, so that we can cater for you! There will also be a mini-auction held during the event in aid of St Peter’s Church Funds. Geoffrey What’s On?
