In 2017, Johnny Britt scored big with his trumpet appearances in Oscar and Golden Globe winning film La La Land and Oscar nominated Hidden Figures.

creator/lead singer of his group Impromp2 this
multi-talented singer, songwriter, producer,
trumpeter, arranger, composer and educator in
the entertainment industry has toured the world
and has recorded with some of the biggest
names in the industry. Johnny received his
break after studying music at the prestigious
Conservatory of Versailles just outside Paris.
Upon his return to the U.S. he was discovered
by Otis Williams of The Temptations who hired
Johnny as their youngest ever musical director.
This lead to Johnny co-producing the music for
the Emmy Award Winning The Temptations Mini
Series Movie. Johnny has earned three #1
Billboard Singles as a songwriter. Johnny has
worked with the legendary David Bowie,
Qunicy Jones, Luther Vandross, Josh Groban, Jennifer Lopez, Maxwell, John Legend and Common on the 2015 Oscars, Annie Lennox 2015 PBS Special, Adam Levin on The Voice, as well as Little Anthony and The Imperials performance, on ABC’S The View. His current CD release long anticipated MARVIN MEETS MILES VOL.1 CD PROJECT which features 8 Marvin Gaye classics along with 1 original recording track “Marvin Meets Miles” plus there are 2 bonus tracks. All songs are performed, arranged and produced by Johnny Britt.
