quickly become a community leader with a strong interprofessional network and a keen patient following . His experience with chiropractic started as a young athlete when he found that chiropractic care helped with injury treatment , prevention and overall maintenance . He is now the team chiropractor and trainer for his local baseball and Junior B hockey teams . His volunteer work has already shown incredible benefits with some players and other community members becoming regular patients . A local MD is the parent of one of the players , and now primarily refers his pain patients to the chiropractic clinic . relationship between chiropractors and their patients , she ventured on to new opportunities and took on the challenge of managing a private clinic . She believes that communication is central to creating chiropractic advocates in patients . Carla Diogo is a testament to the CHA role and her work is deeply appreciated by Dr . Jasmin Manga and the other members of her team .

Carla Diogo has been a CHA for over 20 years . She manages a busy rehab clinic in downtown Toronto , and is constantly developing patient-centred processes and mentoring her staff . Fluent in three languages , she is an enthusiastic patient educator and translator , and always works to set patients at ease . She is an enthusiastic promoter of chiropractic , in the clinic and in the community .
