Heather serves at the OMS World Headquarters as a mobilizer. She helps recruit and equip
missionaries who will serve around the world. Heather works closely with U.S. interns and

Theological Education
Philip and Fiona are based at the OMS World Headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana. Philip
works with the Theological Education team to come alongside the many Bible colleges,
seminaries, and training programs around the world that partner with OMS. Fiona’s pas-
sion is to pray, equip, and encourage people as disciples and disciple makers.

Emily Smith – Japan
On Emily’s first mission trip in June 2005, God called her to missions and the people of
Japan. Emily graduated from Wesley College in May 2008 with a degree in missiology.
She is now working toward a graduate degree at Wesley Biblical Seminary.
