MEDIA I MOOD AND
SENTIMENT SURVEY
Media i takes the pulse of the industry
with the annual Mood and Sentiment
Survey, in an aim to collate attitudes
and opinions on issues that are affecting
the industry, as well as track sentiments
and performance of agencies, media
channels and media owner sales
representation.
The survey was conducted in October
2017, with more than 3,930 respondents.
The OOH industry was rated highly
across all criteria, with a noted increase
in channel attractiveness (second to
Digital), the second highest level of
happiness (after Radio), and the highest
Net Promoter Score of any channel for
the last six years in a row.
