INTRODUCING ILCOR Where Do Our Resuscitation Guidelines Come From? The International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) was formed in 1993 as a not-for-profit organization to develop and disseminate international consensus statements or guidelines for resuscitation.
