171 SPECIFIC PENALTIES At such time as any person has been suspended, expelled or denied Association’s privileges, in addition to other provisions of these rules or policies of the Association, the following restrictions apply: 171A Participation, Accredited Privileges Such person shall not participate, and shall be ineligible to participate in any Association approved event, show, or function. Nor shall any such person be eligible to hold any other Association accreditation. 171B Registration and Transfer Privileges Such person or spouse, or any family member living in same household, or employee, or agent, shall not be eligible to register any horse with the Association, nor transfer registered horses into his or her name or in the names of any of the above. 171C All Offspring’s Eligibility for Registration No horse shall be registered which is either sired by a stallion or out of a mare owned by such person or owned by any member of same household during the suspension period or after expulsion from the Association when the breeding date is on or subsequent to the date of disciplinary action. All records of breedings for the twelve (12) months prior to the disciplinary action, under this rule, shall be submitted on proper written and signed forms, within fifteen (15) days after notice of disciplinary action. 47 RULES & REGULATIONS non-member has violated any bylaw, rule, or regulation of the Association. Each violation will besubject to the following 3 Strike Policy guidelines at the Hearing Board’s discretion. 1st Offense $250fine Six (6) month suspension from AMHA (business transactions & AMHA Championship & World Shows) from the date of finding. Published in Miniature Horse World. 2nd offense $500 fine Twelve (12) month suspension from AMHA (business transactions & AMHA Championship & World Shows) from the date of finding. Published in the Miniature Horse World. 3rd offense $1,000 fine Five (5) years suspension from AMHA (business transactions & AMHA Championship & World Shows) from the date of finding.
