Order Information:
Minimum order value:
Mainland UK - £15 plus carriage + VAT.
Orders with a greater value than £150 will be
delivered free of charge.
Ireland and Northern Ireland - £25 plus
carriage + VAT. Orders over £250 will be
delivered free of charge.
Lead Times:
Spare Parts: Orders received before 1:00pm
(excluding weekends) will be despatched the
same day and delivered to you on the next
working day.
Furniture/Accessories: These are generally
pre-ordered/ scheduled, however a wide
range of products are available ex-stock.
Deliveries:
Any damaged goods or delivery
discrepancies must be reported to our sales
office on 01283 586060 within 24 hours of
delivery.

Warranty:
All products supplied are guaranteed against
faulty manufacture for 12 months. This does
