this film is going to well and
truly rock you. As well as
featuring many of the iconic
band’s best-loved songs,
including the foot-stomping
‘Killer Queen’ and the titular
‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, it
also sees a note-perfect
performance from Mr. Robot’s
Rami Malek as Freddie
Mercury. In look, voice and
vocals, he absolutely nails it, as
does Joseph Mazzello (better
known as the little kid from
Jurassic Park) as John Deacon.
Tracing the band’s meteoric
rise, near-implosion, then
extraordinary reunion at
the 1985 Live Aid concert
(considered by many to be
one of the greatest musical
performances of all time),
this is a worthy, hugely
entertaining tribute to four
young men who changed the
face of music as we know it.
