Again. But did you know that
the Swedish pop group’s
very first UK gig was held at
the ODEON in Birmingham?
We didn’t either until we
uncovered this amazing
picture from the event.
Taken on 10 February 1977
(a whopping 41 years ago), it
sees Agnetha Fältskog – who,
along with Björn, Benny and
Anni-Frid, made up the four-
piece – holding her arms aloft
in delight. ABBA went on to
have nine UK number ones,
as well as the current second
biggest-selling album.
