Rawlins County residents are encouraged to attend this community meeting where the Community Health Needs Assessment will be discussed. This meeting will be an opportunity to identify some of the most urgent needs and hear the voice of the public. The assessment survey will be distributed at this meeting. The ultimate goal of a community health assessment is to develop strategies to address the community's health needs and identified issues.
