Why is it important to protect the eyes from BLUE LIGHT ? And what product ( s ) do you offer to help ?

“ We are becoming increasingly dependent on digital devices throughout our daily activities , and as such , are being exposed to high-energy visible blue light more than ever before . Screens on electronic devices cause flicker and glare which negatively affect our visual health . After spending a few hours in front of a screen it is common to suffer from headaches , fatigue and ocular stress .
