Ciao ! magazine . It marks the 11 th year of our annual Ciao ! ChocolateFest presented by the Forks Market . Restaurants , cafes and bakeries are calling all chocoholics to try their creations throughout April . Featured desserts and cocktails are all offered at $ 7 . Ciao ! hounds are encouraged to submit photos of their favourite dishes that will be shared with Ciao ! facebook followers . Based on the premise that chocolate may be the most universally beloved flavour we set out to create an entirely chocolatefocused magazine . Our goal was to share some of the city ’ s best cocoa in a variety of forms , to really make readers swoon . We went behind the scenes and spent some time with baker Pam Kirkpatrick at Cake-ology . She stirs chocolate into a number of her desserts and shows us how versatile a good cake and icing recipe can be . See the sweet spread on the pages of in the kitchen .
