STRENGTH
Why are we interested in training grip strength?
Your grip strength is your ability to grab onto and pull on/hang from
objects without letting go. Anything you use your hands to climb up,
swing across, grab onto (including team mates!), or carry requires a level
of grip strength. If you can’t grab onto that ledge or rope, then you are
heading straight back down to the ground … if you even get off it!
