What truer words can be said about law school? Indeed, what has been said about law school and what you may have heard is often presented in hyperbole. For anyone who has spent more than a semester at law school, it is simply going about our daily business. At the same time, however, a certain magic continues to ring true; it is a magic that is created when you take part in the vibrant and diverse community that is Osgoode Hall. Incoming students, you’ll be exposed to both sides of the law, to the expected and unexpected, and be taken by both intrigue and disillusionment. You’ll likely be asked the question, “Why did you choose to go to law school?”, many times in your first couple of weeks, not just by your peers, but in Ethical Lawyering as well.
