MINISTRY FOCUS: OASIS MINISTRY RETREAT 62+ Presents
May 1-2, 2015 Calvary OASIS (Older Adults Sharing In Service) is sponsoring a
retreat for all Calvary older adults age 62 and over. Our retreat will be held at the
Maranatha Bible Conference Center, Muskegon, MI. Our special guest speaker for
the weekend will be Dr. Jim Carlson, along with special guest worship leader John
Lehmann. Activities during the retreat will include, “Calvary’s Got Talent,” MiniGolf, Shuffleboard, Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis and much more for those able and
interested.

Growth Through Loss Seminar | April 25 | 9:00am-2:00pm | $10
We have partnered with our friends at Widowed Persons Services of Grand
Rapids to present “Growth through Loss.” This one-day seminar will be
presented by Susan Zonnebelt-Smeenge, Psychologist and Robert DeVries,
Pastor and Professor Emeritus, Calvin Theological Seminary. We will meet in
Fellowship Hall and lunch will be provided.

OASIS Men’s Golf League | Tuesdays, May 5- Sept. 8
Join us at Boulder Creek Golf Course for some good Christian fellowship
and exercise. This is not a formal golf league and is open to senior golfers
of all skill levels. There is no need to find a substitute when you can’t play
so just show up when you can. Each week we have a draw to determine
foursomes so it’s a great way to meet new people from Calvary. The draw
will be at 8:45 am and the first tee time is 9:03 am. The cost is $25.00 for 18
