They say that time flies when you
are having fun, but can you believe
that 2017 is almost over and the silly
season is here already? fit and healthy, but those sneaky post
exercise endorphins can help improve
your mood and reduce your stress levels
(what more could you want?)!
Although Christmas is meant to be
the most wonderful time of the year,
it can also be a time of stress, anxiety
and disappointment… which may have
something to do with over indulgence, too
much family time and no rescue puppy
under the tree on Christmas morning! Experts recommend 30 minutes of
physical activity at least three times a
week. When you think about it, that is
only 90 minutes out of the 10,080 minutes
you have each week to get stuff done.
