World Book Day
We had a lot of fun in Year 2 for World Book day.
We really enjoyed creating our own character for our very own story books and made some puppets.
Some children bought in their favourite books and shared it with the rest of the class.
Dressing up was really fun!
For World Book Day, the Year 5 children visited Year 1.
They read different stories to the children.
Year 1 really enjoyed listening to the stories. Everyone was dressed up in lovely costumes.
We really enjoyed older children read to us!
Some children were lucky enough to get a special invitation for the World Book Day School party.
The invitations were given based on best costume and best work.
They got to enjoy some yummy cakes and snacks. It was a wonderful treat!
