Year 3 were given a task to develop and build houses that could withstand a flood!

Library trip!
Year 3 had an eventful trip to the library where they took part in multiple activities. They really benefited from learning much more about reading and how to identify author names. In the "finding the book" competition, our winners were Safa H and Yusuf. K!
Science
Year 3 had a challenge to design a balloon propelled car. Here are some of their designs.
We tried to use lots of different materials to make sure the balloon would stick to the car. (MK)
We measured the balloon to match with the card we were using. It fitted perfectly!
