Leaf Dye

As part of our Art lesson, we popped out to the local park to collect various leaves, plants and petals. After separating the ones we liked from those we didn't, we decorated a piece of cloth by scattering our plant collection over it. We placed a protective piece of plastic over the plant and using a rolling pin we rolled tirelessly over the plastic resulting in an imprint of colour, plants and decorative leaves on our recyclable cloth

"I am looking forward to a challenging year" (A.S).

Houses of Parliament

I visited a vast park, strolled through the wide roads of Westminster and benefited from a guided tour of the Houses of Parliament. In particular, I liked the two houses: the House of Commons and the House of Lords. Did you know that the Queen of England is not allowed in the House of Commons?
