Obama’s election was supposed
to herald the arrival of a post race
America. Instead it has showed the
depth of the American racial pathology,
that some are so full of hatred for the
president they are willing to destroy
the world economy rather than see him
re-elected. This hatred approaching
psychosis recommends that the
American Psychological Association
reconsider the request of black
psychologists that racism be considered
a mental illness. That some powerful
fanatics with only an 18% approval
rating are able to threaten the world
economy to hold the assets of millions
hostage, is something that deserves a
more precise scrutiny. As a result of
their lunacy, all of us, including the Tea
Party members will be charged higher
interests for home, auto loans and
credit cards. Oh, right, there are black
racists, but they are not as motivated
as the white ones. During the 20th
century there wasn’t one black Timothy
McVeigh.
Though Obama still has the majority
of latino, blacks and white Democrats
and liberals backing him, his black
critics are provided with generous
airtime and are immune from criticism.
Nobody asks who pays for Obama
critics Cornel West and Tavis Smiley’s
“poverty tour.” On the first leg of
their poverty tour they were greeted
by angry black, Detroiters who were
opposed to their tour. And why hasn’t
Tavis Smiley been required to explain
his ties to Wells Fargo, a bank that has
had to pay fines for arranging illegal
mortgage loans with blacks?

Though millions of whites voted for
the first black president, some of those
in the top 2 percent who have thrived
since the 1800s by pitting blacks
against whites were back in business.
They put their bucks into recruiting
an army of resentful fatuous pathetic
serfs, entitlements dependents who
are opposed to entitlements, whom
the rich ridicule in private, to do their
dirty work of overturning the will of
the electorate. The army’s philosopher
is Grover Norquist, who is a front
man for moneyed interests including
Time Warner, which explains why
cnn a Time Warner subsidiary has
been so supportive of the Tea Party
under the claim of “objectivity.”
It explains why cnn inflates the numbers
of those who attend Tea Party rallies,
while ignoring demonstrations for left
causes that draw hundreds of thousands.
Grover Norquist wants to save his
sponsors from paying taxes by strangling
government. In the past, he supported
South Africa’s apartheid regime. He calls
President Obama “prissy,” repeatedly.
Prissy? President Obama and his family
receive death threats daily, racist taunts
on network television, armed men
attending his rallies, which is one of
the reasons General Colin Powell, a
five star general refused to run. Prissy?
Obama’s ordering the capture of Osama
Bin Laden has been described as one
of the gutsiest decisions made by a recent
American president. Moreover, why
hasn’t the gay community, including the
Gay conservative organization, goproud,
condemned Norquist for using a
homophobic slur in describing the
president? Shouldn’t goproud dismiss
Norquist as a member of its advisory
