dressage arena. Barn F and lower RV sites
will be used for horse show officials who
are also Hurricane Michael evacuees.
Merchandise will be set up in the office
and Silent Auction in the walkway behind
the office.
Approval of August 14, 2018 Meeting
Minutes: Motion to approve by K.
McGuire. 2nd by M. Ranft. Motion
Approved. The Judges List: The following three
judges have completed all requirements
for NWHA Judges: Michael Locke,
Zach Parson, and Jim Potter. Motion to
approve the above mentioned as NWHA
Judges by J. Oullette. 2nd by K. McGuire.
Motion carried. A communication will be
sent to members.
Financial Report Discussion by K.
McGuire: Motion to approve by M.
Pacheco. 2nd by J. Nagel. Motion
Approved. SSHBEA Sponsorship: M. Ranft motioned
to send a $250 sponsorship to SSHBEA
for their National Show. 2nd by J. Nagel.
Motion carried.
The National: National plans discussed. All
board members are to continue working
on sponsorships and ads for the Program.
Volunteers are needed to help set up Motion to adjourn by M. Pacheco. 2nd
by K. McGuire. Motion carried. Meeting
adjourned at 8:41 pm Eastern Time.
