Youth 11 and under must wear an ASTM Certified Protection headgear when seated on a horse on the show grounds. Novice Horse not to have won 3 blue ribbons in a NWHA shows. Novice Rider not to have won more than 3 blue ribbons in a NWHA shows. NWHA Rules are followed Pads, bands, Saran Plastic /cling wrap or Action Devices are prohibited on show grounds. Person on Federal Disqualifications cannot transport or show horses.
