The NWHA National news will accept electronic signatures on the photo release form . The media relations committee in conjunction with the National news will develop a SOP / procedures on documenting image , photo and media usage . The current photo release will be included in the SOP and added to the NWHA website as an official document .
Dressage Freestyle presented by S . Havard
Dressage level - Musical freestyle requirements of 5 tests from 3 judges change to 3 tests from 3 judges due to lack of availability

NWHA Board Meeting Highlights
2017 to change dressage horse of the year requirements for Musical Freestyle dressage to require only 3 tests from 3 judges versus the current regulation of 5 tests from 5 judges .
2nd K . Tanner Approved National Judges Slate presented by Director of Judge ’ s Ruth Ann Spinelli
The judge ’ s committee presented the 2016 National show slate .
Judge ’ s committee will work with versatility committee to secure appropriate licensed dressage candidates . Show manager Sue Fanelli will contact candidates to confirm and execute contracts .

New format with two sessions as feasible .
Increased fees for add-a-class Uniform representation for each walking horse division in class offerings

MN DQP assigned No violations to report DQP request for a numerical binder to display current class check through .
Certified Trainers for approval by J . Potter
Trainer ’ s Committee recommends the following two trainers for certification by NWHA standards
Julie Dillon ( NH ) Donnie Fulton ( OH ) MOTION by M . Coffey to approve both certified trainers .
2nd C . Weeks Approved LSAP Changes presented by S . Havard
Driving classes combined Equitation split between Western and Walking Seat
Dressage split between Western and Traditional
All LSAP members were offered via publication to choose to remain in old program or change to new program via NWHA news .
MOTION by K . McGuire to approve new classifications of LSAP program and maintain old program of those who requested to continue in old program .
2nd C . Weeks Approved Pleasure Racking Division presented by C . Weeks
Outlined rule changes for Trail Pleasure Racking and Country Pleasure Racking .
MOTION by J . Potter to submit Pleasure racking and other division rule changes out to membership for 60 day required comment .
