Backing up of 2015 NWHA books from CPA and starting 2016 reconciliation .
K . McGuire is in possession of the NWHA computer , NWHA printer and all 2016 , 2015 documents that were not filed . Also has show packets and NWHA literature .
The NWHA phone is forwarded to K . O ’ Connor and receives 2-4 calls approximately per day . Invoices are sent via GoDaddy Bookkeeping or hard copy mailed as directed . Memberships are done in batches weekly from the Google sheet between O ’ Connor verification to McGuire .
