The Miramonte campus features beautiful salmon-colored walls and exclusively single-storied buildings, so you won’t have to worry about walking up stairs while wearing your Numa Pompilius costume and carrying five different pieces of art. In addition, our spacious, grassy areas will be filled with fun activities throughout the day, including spikeball, jumpy houses, caricature artists, carnival games, and much more.

We’ll be expanding chapter awards, so be sure to enter your school scrapbooks, banners, and t-shirts to be recognized! For the competitively driven individuals, you can expect all the regular tests and contests to be held at convention again, including piano and swimming. From the ancient geography test to fugepilam (dodgeball), there’s something for every JCLer. Whether you’re just showing up to play some video games or to run for state office, Miramonte JCL is planning a convention that will keep you busy and having fun all day.

Keep your eyes on the CAJCL website and our instagram (@mhsjcl) for more sneak peeks and updates! We can’t wait to have you all in the beautiful Bay Area again!

Ex cordibus,

Kiana Hu & Brendan McFeely (2018-2019 Convention Presidents)
