Oh boy, so many things! It's a boring answer but staff and all the backend paperwork stuff is tricky to navigate. We've both grown a lot into "business women" when we started out as flower-loving sisters.
Learning that the backend is just as important and needs times and creative thinking just as much as the way-more-easy-to us side: flowers!
