A holiday. Es and I keep each other accountable in this. If it's not coming easy and it's starting to feel like work, then a little getaway or a day off to recoup is usually all it takes.
I think it's tricky when you love what you do for work - you can easily just keep going!! Every creative needs a sister or pal to tell them to take a break.

South Coast for a long drive and a swim in the sea always leaves me feeling rejuvinated.
Naomi:
I love a good swim in the ocean too, just to switch off and recoup. I also love going out and seeing other people's art or work. A day in a gallery or walking around in a different town is always inspiring.
