System staff ed by 2RAR members.
Rifl emen and women from
1RAR will conduct the Airsoft
Range as they did last year.
The 5Avn Regt helicopters are
always popular and the Regiment
will have an MRH Taipan and a
CH-47 Chinook on display this year.
Wear a hat, don’t forget sunscreen and
water (although there will be plenty
of drinks on sale) and enjoy the day.
The three fun runs and the inter-
unit Pozieres Challenge will be
conducted in the morning.
The action will begin at 7am with
the start of the Pozieres Challenge
for 3Bde units, and the start of
the Legacy Endurance Run.
(Runners in the 10km intermediate
course will start at 8.30am followed by
competitors in the 5km course at 9am).
The eight-man teams in the
Pozieres Challenge will start with
a special, surprise PTI-conducted
preliminary event before setting
out on the 21.2km course.
