ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Allen Hedrick is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at
Colorado State University-Pueblo, in Pueblo, CO. Previously,
Hedrick has been the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
at the United States Air Force Academy, the National Strength
