Cumbrian retirement. For the second time,
the Hopper’s team reigned triumphant. The
standard of play was surprisingly high and
fast: it was observable how much harder a ball
can be kicked by 22 year olds, four years on
from when they last appeared on Canvas.
Many thanks to Oli for all his organisation –
since his skills are about to be placed at the
service of the Army, he may require a bit of
assistance with next year’s fixture, scheduled
for Sunday, 19th March.
