or Nancy White, the chief executive officer of Custom Interface, Inc. (CII), success
has always been a matter of building durable connections — not only between the aircraft
components her company’s wiring and cable harnesses bring together — but also between
her customers and her employees.
“We always strive to build long-term relationships, both internally and externally,” said
White. “That’s what gets me up in the morning, and it’s been a really successful approach
for me.”
