They tell him, “Wow, it is so refresh- ing to offer this service to our clients, as it sets us apart from our competi- tion.” Multifab is also a local partner with many other aerospace manufacturers including Altek, L&M Manufacturing, FabTech, AccraFab, and Novation, to name a few. They have participated in the Inland Northwest Aerospace Con- sortium (INWAC) and seem to have strong relationships in place to bring local partners into projects. 36 NORTHWEST AEROSPACE NEWS Yandt also said that, “Our 13 thermoforming machines are state of the art, and our 18 CNC routers have the latest technology. We systematically replace our equipment to keep it up to date.” He added, “We utilize 3D printing, SolidWorks, Surfcam, and a new piece of equipment in the tooling shop — a 5-axis machining center which is state of the art. Our equipment list is more up to date than many of our competitors.”
