"The results of this year’s NorthstarMLS SQI Survey were phenomenal! As you've seen displayed in this magazine, highlights include the high number of respondents and some of the highest ratings since the survey has been implemented. We had 89% of respondents give us score of 'Excellent' for service and 90% of respondents gave us an 'Excellent' for meeting their professional needs.

The Overall 5 ranking is at 39%, the highest its ever been. Also notable was the number of written comments -- up from previous years with the overwhelming majority of those comments being positive or constructive.

Overall, the SQI was at 81% on all ratings and that number is up from 77% last year -- with last being the highest ever!"

I think that the 2014 SQI speaks to the fact that subscribers are our customers and NorthStar MLS cares about data accuracy and giving our clients resources to help them be successful.
