Above: Like last year, we asked respondents to name one word that immediately comes to mind when thinking of NorthstarMLS. In the 2014 survey, we received 470 submitted words – up from the 390 we received in the 2013 survey. 98% of the top 60 words (words with two or more mentions) were interpreted as positive or neutral. Just 1% of the “come to mind” words were interpreted as negative. The Word Cloud above visually summarizes the most common words that were submitted. Words with a larger font were the ones with the most mentions in the survey. The word "information" led the way for the second-straight year with 38 mentions, followed by "necessary" with 26 mentions and "convenience" with 20.
