Even then the survey company told us that it was a really, really high rating in terms of the various industries that use this Service Quality Index approach. So as we kept climbing – sure, you take validation and start to feel like ‘we are the champs, what will it take to bring us down?’ And there is always something, you could take a misstep or whatever. But by continually building on that, I think we’re building as well – what they call a ‘reservoir of good will’ with our customers. They trust us to do the right thing.”
