The Duluth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) owns and manages over
1100 rental homes including six hi-rise buildings. Take a closer look and you’ll see
more than a place to live.

Department under a grant agreement.

assisted living for seniors at 2 locations in partnership with Interim Health Care
and a Service Coordinator.

Applying for Hi-Rise living is as easy as calling the management office at 218-529-6300
or stopping by at 222 East Second Street. You may also download an application at
the HRA website at www.duluthhousing.com. Currently, preferences are given to
applicants who are seniors (those 62 and over) or near-elderly (those aged 50 to 61),
persons with disability, and individuals who are residents of the City of Duluth. Applicants who will join the Assisted Living programs at King Manor or Tri-Towers will have
preference for those locations.
